• Orders placed with your account email appear in your account's order history, and your want-list of hearted items is saved to your account.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

• We sell physical comics, digital comics, and collectible prints. Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing or listing errors. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
• Physical items ship to the address provided at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Unless otherwise stated, digital comics are licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, share, or upload digital files to any public or private sharing service.

Work submitted through our submissions process is governed by our Submissions Policy. Submitting work for review does not transfer ownership; rights remain with the creator unless a publishing agreement is signed.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site by automated means.
